First Floor

The primary meeting space can be utilized in one large meeting room that measures 21,600 sq. ft. or divided into 13 separate rooms varying in size from 600 to 3,350 sq. ft. This area can be divided into eight other room combinations depending upon the number of attendees and room style set-up. This space is designed to not only accommodate meetings and banquets but can also be utilized for trade shows. In order to accommodate large pieces of equipment and specialty displays, three entrances have expanded doorways.

Meeting Room 15 is is located off the west concourse on the main floor of the north building. At just over 1,050 square feet, this flexible space has a moveable wall that can be divided into two  rooms with separate entrances.

Located on the main floor, Meeting Room 16 functions as a 1,080 square foot boardroom with a moveable wall that can divide the space.  The large table seats a maximum of 20 people in comfortable high back leather chairs.

Meeting Room 17 is located off the southwest concourse in the north building. This 1,104 square foot space can accommodate 70 people for a banquet or 110 in a theatre or reception configuration. Located beside the VIP Salon, MR 17 is connected through an adjoining doorway.

The East Concourse area (Northeast/Carlton Street) can be utilized as a pre-reception, lounge/waiting, additional exhibit area. The approximate area is 4,773 square feet with a ceiling height of 12 feet.

The Southeast Concourse area is 5,810 square feet (Carlton Street/York Avenue) and can be booked for use as a delegate registration area, advance reception area or additional display area.

This private room provides a relaxing atmosphere and is ideally appointed, set in “lounge style” with armchairs and sofas. Ideal for small receptions (capacity: 125 people), head table ready gathering area and smaller private luncheons/dinners (capacity: 56). Private washrooms and a built-in bar provide further comfort in this function room.

This function room utilizes permanent boardroom set-up for 12 people at the boardroom table with room away from the table for 12 more. It is fully equipped for video/teleconferencing using Encore Audio Visual, so you can be connected to anywhere in the world. Self-contained reception area with coat check and self-contained washroom facilities are value-added features of this function room, which can easily be utilized as a convention office or used for smaller meetings, board meetings, private receptions and small scale luncheons or dinners.

The main floor pillar-less York Ballroom is 24,000 square feet of premium space that can host large galas or be divided into four meeting or conference rooms with a spacious registration area. With high ceilings and a beautiful LED lighting system that extends outside to the street level plaza on York Avenue, this ballroom is the highlight of the south building.

York Ballroom can be divided into 4 meeting or conference rooms with York 1 being the largest.  York 1 is 14,720 square feet of pillar-less space with large entrance doors to the Carlton Lobby and can seat 1,730 theatre or reception style, 840 classroom or 1,000 for a banquet.

York Ballroom 2, 3 and 4 is over 9,032 square feet or can be divided by moveable walls into three meeting or conference rooms.

The Carlton Lobby is 8,676 square feet and is the main access into the south building off Carlton Street. With its floor-to-ceiling windows it is the perfect pre-function, registration or reception area.

The York Concourse is located on the north end of the York Ballroom along York Avenue. This flexible space is 2,592 square feet and can be a separate pre-function or reception area.

York Avenue Plaza is a weather protected gathering place.
