Event Spaces

The RBC Convention Centre Winnipeg provides the perfect environment for a wide range of meetings and conventions. With our expansion complete, we’ve almost doubled in size and have grown to over 260,000 square feet of rentable space.

Our three levels of flexible meeting spaces can accommodate any size event.

First/Ground Floor Level

The first level of the North Building provides over 21,000 square feet of flexible meeting room space plus a number of specialty rooms including a teleconference / video conferencing centre. The main floor of the South Building features the 24,000 square foot York Ballroom as well as 22,400 square feet of pre-function, lobby and registration space as well as a street level weather protected plaza.

Second Floor Level

The North Building features over 26,000 square feet of meeting, banquet, exhibition space with the largest single room of 19,200 square feet. In addition, there are a number of our specialty rooms located on the second level (300 seat Presentation Theatre, Millennium Suite, Pan Am Room and the Cecil Richards Suite) as well as the Centre Place Café, retail shops/services and a climate controlled skywalk connecting the Convention Centre to the Delta Winnipeg hotel as well other entertainment facilities, restaurants and hotels located in downtown Winnipeg.

Third Floor Exhibition Hall

The third floor exhibition hall features 131,000 square feet of contiguous space for exhibit, plenary & special events space with six overlooking rooms for show office and associated uses. Stitching the North and South Buildings together is the City View Room that is located in the middle of the exhibit hall and features floor to ceiling windows and a panorama view of downtown Winnipeg.

The RBC Convention Centre Winnipeg offers verified floor plans via MeetingMatrix certified room diagrams. Meeting Planners with MeetingMatrix software can access, download and complete various function room set-up diagrams.
