The third floor exhibition hall is accessible from the second floor level with escalators/stairs located on the east/west sides. Passenger elevators (4) provide additional access, however, these are controlled depending upon the public access requirements per show. Exhibitors must utilize the designated freight elevator for moving in booth displays, material and equipment. Exhibitor access to the third floor during non-public hours is via the northwest (Edmonton Street & St. Mary Avenue corner) passenger elevator. For all public shows, the southeast (Carlton Street & York Avenue corner) is the designated elevator for use by the disabled. This elevator will be controlled by an elevator operator during all public hours and the labour fees will be charged to the show.

Washrooms are located in both the the east and west concourse areas and are wheelchair accessible.
Trade Show Regulations
Show managers must abide by the full Trade Show Regulations for all public or private trade shows.
Loading Dock
A climate controlled dock that can accommodate up to seven semi-trailer units at one time is located at the north end of hall A. The entrance ramp is located on the west side of the Centre off Edmonton Street (one-way street traffic flow north) with access controlled by the Centre's security office. The exit ramp is located on the east side of the Centre onto Carlton Street (one-way street traffic flow south). For all shows/special events a Dock Master is required to control the use of the loading dock facility for ingress and egress. The Centre provides staffing for the Dock Master with the labour rates charged to the show/event manager.
Signs & Banners
Large prefabricated show entrance way signs, banners and exterior signs also require advance coordination. These items should be approved by the Centre in the early planning stages in order to avoid added labour fees. Contact your Event Coordinator.

Coat Check staffing is available from September through April at a rate of $14.00 per hour per employee with one employee per 100 coats. In the months of May through August coat checks can be made available with coin-operated portable coat racks or via special arrangement via your Event Coordinator.
Security Information Office
This office is manned on a 24-hour basis and located at the northwest corner (Edmonton Street & St. Mary Avenue). This office will provide exhibitor access/assistance to our third floor level via the passenger or freight elevators located in this area.
