The Centre provides the perfect environment for a wide range of meetings and conventions.

First Floor – North Building

Primary Meeting Space

The First Floor primary meeting space can be utilized in one large meeting room that measures 21,600 square feet or divided into 13 separate rooms varying in size from 600 to 3,350 square feet. This area can be divided into eight other room combinations depending upon the number of attendees and room style set-up. Also located on this first floor level are seven specialty and breakout rooms with registration areas, available for any function.

Executive Conference Centre

If you require teleconferencing or videoconference services, our Executive Conference Centre is the ideal room, designed specifically for this purpose. This function room, combined with separate and private consultation rooms provides an excellent environment for Mediation sessions.

VIP Salon

Our VIP Salon, also located on the first floor, provides the ambience and perfect setting for receptions, smaller banquets and the perfect room to gather your head table guests prior to the function. This facility provides a relaxed atmosphere with wingback chairs, sofas and lounge furniture complete with its own built-in bar and separate washroom facilities.

First Floor – South Building

The York Ballroom is our stunning new main floor room that is 24,000 square feet and divisible by four. This space with new pre-function and registration area has floor to ceiling windows that look out to the covered street level plaza along York Avenue.

Second Floor – North Building

The Second Floor provides an additional 19,200 square feet of newly renovated function space, which can be sub-divided into four separate rooms.

Millennium Suite

The Millennium Suite provides an additional 2,650 square feet of space in a unique atmosphere for meetings, receptions or banquets.

Presentation Theatre

The Presentation Theatre provides comfort tier seating for up to 300 people, complete with privacy desks equipped for laptop computers, full data and Internet ports. This theatre, located on the second floor, provides full technical support for multimedia, PowerPoint and specialized presentations complete with translation booth facilities.

The Cecil Richards Suite

The Cecil Richards Suite, provides full technical support for meetings up to 18 people in the boardroom format.

Pan Am Room

The Pan Am Room will provide its own unique atmosphere for your meeting or banquet requirements. It has 4,150 square feet (345 square meters) of space.

Second Floor Concourse

The second floor concourse houses a number of convention service suppliers, a variety of retail shops and services and a climate controlled skywalk connected to the Delta Winnipeg hotel.

Other service features include:

  • Full box office and coat check facilities
  • Elevator, stair and escalator connection between all floor levels
  • Business services centre
  • Internet services/hookup supplied exclusively by the Centre
  • Telephone services, lines and equipment solely supplied by the Centre’s technical services department (no need to undertake arrangements with other providers)
  • Ground level loading dock
  • Large freight elevators between levels
  • Generous lobby area on all levels
  • Centre Place Café located on the second floor level
