The Winnipeg Convention Centre offers verified floor plans via MeetingMatrix certified room diagrams. Meeting Planners with MeetingMatrix software can access, download and complete various function room set-up diagrams.

Step 1:
To view the floor plans you must have MeetingMatrix installed on your computer. If you have installed and registered a copy, please proceed to step 2.

If you do not currently have the MeetingMatrix program you can click below to download it. Please fill out the registration and an email will be sent to you with instruction to download and install MeetingMatrix Silver.

Step 1:

1. Open the MeetingMatrix program.
2. Choose "New" from the File menu.
3. Choose "Create A Setup Using A Room".
4. Choose "Winnipeg Convention Centre" as the facility and select the rooms you wish to use. These are preformatted template files you can use as a starting point to create your setup.

Step 2:

1. When you have customized the room setup, choose "Save" from the File menu.
2. Name your document and click on "OK". This saves the setup to the Winnipeg Convention Centre folder which can be opened or modified afterward.
