At the Winnipeg Convention Centre our commitment is to offer the best service and act in the best interests of the client and the Winnipeg Convention Centre.

It is our policy to offer "The Designated Driver Program" on all bars. Management and Staff are trained in server intervention practices and will not serve alcohol to anyone they judge to have consumed too much alcohol, or who show signs of over consumption. Your Event Coordinator will provide you with further information on this important policy.

• Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory holidays are not considered business days.
• Menu prices are confirmed no more than six (6) months prior to the date of the event.
• All food and beverage services are subject to 7% PST, 15% Gratuity Charge & 5% GST
